SKINNY RULES

1.consume no more than 400 calories every day 
2.burn 100+ calories daily 
3.drink 8 cups of water every day 
4.do not eat after 6pm 
5.drink cold water before a meal 
6.go to bed hungry every night 
7.fast 3 days a week 
8.plan very calorie one days ahead 
9.drink green tea every morning 
10.take cold showers 
11.do not eat in front of friends, only family
12.pick a thinsporation for the day
